PINFA 10th ANNIVERSARY
RECYCLING OF HALOGEN-FREE FLAME RETARDED PLASTICS
Recycling of flame-retarded polymers is a challenge that pinfa has been actively addressing with Fraunhofer LBF and FGK. The work undertaken with our partners will improve the potential of PIN flame retardants for circular economy.
WHY FLAME RETARDANTS ?
Several questions are asked about flame retardants:
- Why Flame retardants ?
- What do they do for the fire safety ?
- Are they useful ?
- Are they sustainable chemicals?
This short video is aimed at providing some answers.
