The company has a broad portfolio of non-halogenated flame retardant polymers, including polyamide 6.6 and modified polyphenylene ether (mPPE). Asahi Kasei’s mPPE-based particle beads foam is the first such material to be certified UL 94 V-0. These performance materials are especially suitable for automotive and E&E applications.
