Non-halogenated PIN FR masterbatches

Global supplier Ampacet has launched low- and zero-halogen phosphorus FR polypropylene masterbatches for E&E and construction. The masterbatches meet international standards for non-halogenated materials IEC 61249-2-21 and EN 50642, do not contain antimony, and can deliver UL 94 V-2 in various colours. They are adapted for use in polypropylene injection or extrusion for electrical, electronic and construction applications. Ampacet underline that the PIN (non-halogenated, non-antimony) flame retardant solution ensures low smoke and low toxic gas emissions in fire. These products add to Ampacet’s existing range of non-halogenated masterbatches, including for polyethylene films.
