pinfa’s Advisory Board consists of representatives from the flame retardant industry, downstream user industries, testing and research institutes, academic circles, environmental experts and fire fighting departments.
As our industry continues to evolve and collaboration becomes more dynamic, we are transitioning from a formal Advisory Board structure to a more open and flexible model. To support this shift, we are launching a series of informal webinars aimed at fostering dialogue, sharing insights, and amplifying diverse voices from across the ecosystem.
Previously, the Advisory Board convened twice a year, bringing together a wide range of stakeholders together to discuss topics related to fire retardants and fire safety to achieve synergies and increase overall understanding of the challenges we face. We valued the inclusion of varied viewpoints and encouraged open dialogue grounded in mutual learning.
In order to guarantee an atmosphere of openness and trust, the discussions were held under the Chatham House rule. This means that reports reflect attendance and the content of the discussions but without attribution of statements to individual participants.
